"Shop & Sip" at the OI Holiday Art Show & Sale
Event Details
Be among the first to shop the 2020 Holiday Art Show & Sale during our Shop & Sip event beginning at 5pm. Enjoy a complimentary beverage of your choice (wine, beer or soda) at the Stifel Center. Then, visit the Schrader Center for desserts, coffee and hot chocolate.
Pre-registration is required. Time slots are available every half-hour, 5-7:30pm. Sessions are limited to 25 guests, so you can shop in a relaxed, socially-distanced atmosphere.
This annual shopping experience showcases the talent of dozens of regional artists and crafters offering one-of-a-kind gifts for the holidays. Shop hundreds of unique items including pottery, paintings, photography, jewelry, textiles, home décor and gourmet goodies. Different items and artwork fill each location.

Shop Local & Support Our Artisans
With the COVID-19 epidemic causing many art festivals and craft fairs to be canceled this year, many artisans are struggling and have had limited opportunities to sell their merchandise. Oglebay Institute’s Holiday Art Show and Sale is an opportunity to support them during these difficult times.
The Holiday Art Show & Sale continues through December 23.

Holiday Art Show & Sale hours:
Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Friday and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday at the Stifel Fine Arts Center at 1330 National Road in Wheeling. Open during scheduled events and classes.
Open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday – Saturday & noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Schrader Center in Oglebay.
Closed Thanksgiving Day.

Stifel Center Art Exhibit Season
A vibrant public space accessible to everyone, the Stifel Fine Arts Center showcases the work of established and emerging artists. Year-round, changing exhibits encourage enjoyment and appreciation of visual art through direct engagement with original works in traditional and non-traditional mediums.
Exhibits provide a platform for critical thinking, stimulate learning about art and the creative process and challenge viewers to expand the definition of art and reflect on the role of art in society.
Exhibits are free and open to the public to tour.
