Full Life Arts & Wellness: Fit & Flex (Spring 2023)
Stay fit and flexible in this one-hour combination class. The first 30 minutes focuses on low or no impact aerobic exercise. Using resistance bands and intentional movement, you can achieve strength, cardiovascular endurance, and range of motion. The second 30 minutes is a gentle chair yoga experience focusing on balance, flexibility, and stress reduction. Both segments are taught with the assistance of a chair and are designed for beginners. Modifications will be offered at every step of the class so you can work at your own pace. Please wear sneakers, comfortable clothes, and bring water. Held at OI School of Dance.

Full Life Arts & Wellness: Sampler (Spring 2023)
Designed specifically for older adults, this sampler class allows you the opportunity to try a variety of new activities! Be brave, get healthier, and more creative, all while engaging with peers and building new friendships. Workshop activities include: strength & balance, improv theater, acrylic paint on canvas, ceramics, watercolor projects, wellness education and chair yoga. Held at Stifel Fine Arts Center.

Walk with Ease (Spring 2023)
Walk With Ease is a multi-component program that also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies This program was specifically developed for adults with arthritis who want to be more physically active, but it is also appropriate for people without arthritis who want to get more active. Evidence-based outcomes include decreased pain, increased strength, increased balance, and increased self-efficacy. The only prerequisite is the ability to be on your feet for at least 10 minutes without increased pain. The program includes a guidebook and a walking schedule to get you safely moving toward better health. This is a hybrid program, with two in-person sessions and one self-guided session per week. Held at Wesbanco Arena.
