Oglebay Institute presents "12 Dancing Princesses" Ballet at Ohio University Eastern

Dance the night away with “12 Dancing Princesses”—the fall production of Oglebay Institute’s Youth Ballet Company. The talented young dancers move through the mystery, romance, and enchantment of this classic fairy tale put to music and told through original choreography.

Oglebay Institute’s School of Dance brings its production of “12 Dancing Princesses” to Ohio University Eastern in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The show takes place at 7pm Monday, October 27.

About the Show

Twelve princesses, each more beautiful than the last, sleep in twelve beds in the same room. Every night, their doors are securely locked by their father. But in the morning, their dancing shoes are found to be worn through as if they had been dancing all night. The story unfolds as the mystery of the princesses’ secret reveals a magical, enchanted world.
