First started in 1973, this holiday tradition continues today as dozens of talented volunteer decorators lavishly transform the Museum for the holidays. Stroll through 13 period rooms exploring décor ranging from simple elegance to extravagant. Find inspiration to take back to your own home.
Holidays at the Mansion is open 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. – 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday November 9 through January 5. Closed Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
Admission is $10 (Free for ages 17 and under accompanied by an adult.) Call 304-242-7272 for more information.

This annual shopping experience showcases the talent of dozens of regional artisans and crafters offering one-of-a-kind gifts for the holidays. Shop hundreds of unique items including pottery, paintings, photography, jewelry, textiles, home décor and gourmet goodies. Different items and artwork fill each location.

A vibrant public space accessible to everyone, the Stifel Fine Arts Center showcases the work of established and emerging artists. Year-round, changing exhibits encourage enjoyment and appreciation of visual art through direct engagement with original works in traditional and non-traditional mediums.
Exhibits provide a platform for critical thinking, stimulate learning about art and the creative process and challenge viewers to expand the definition of art and reflect on the role of art in society.

Replace your child’s screen time with green time! Our family nature programs bring families together for quality time learning about nature. So, get outside and explore! Activities ignite children’s interests in science and nature. Children socialize with other kids outside of a traditional classroom setting. They have a lot of fun, too. And parents meet and connect with other parents. Most of all, our programs instill a lifelong appreciation and respect for the natural world.
The Schrader Center offers dozens of seasonal nature programs for all ages. Nature enthusiasts gather here to experience a sense of community around a shared love of nature. Preschoolers through adults enjoy our year-round nature activities. Our hands-on programs expand nature knowledge, promote outdoor discovery and foster lifelong learning.
