Fall Daylight and Nighttime Astronomy

Explore the solar and lunar skies Saturday, October 12 at Speidel Observatory in Oglebay Park.  The Oglebay Astronomy Club leads all activities.

Tour the facility, try your eye at solar observing and participate in space science activities from 1-4 p.m. Observe the evening sky through telescopes and learn about the constellations from 8-11 p.m (weather permitting). Jupiter and Saturn will be visible in the sky. It should be a great night for planet viewing.

All ages are invited to attend this free program.
