Travel through nearly a century of Wheeling glassmaking history. This four-part series of classes is led by OI Glass Museum curator Holly McCluskey and offers the rare opportunity to study representative pieces of glass up-close.

Antebellum Wheeling: Ritchie & Sweeney (1829-1868) – 6:30-8pm Thursday, January 4
Hobbs, Brockunier (1845-1893) – 6:30-8pm Thursday, January 11
Central Glass Co. (1863-1939) – 6:30-8pm Thursday, January 18
Northwood Glass Co. (1902-1925) – 6:30-8pm Thursday, January 25
$15 ($12.75 OI members) per class. Mix ‘n match or attend all four sessions. Meets at Oglebay Institute’s Glass Museum, located below the Carriage House Glass Gift Shop in Oglebay Park.
