Maple Campfire at the Schrader Center

Sweeten up your world 5:30-6:30pm Monday, March 9 at the Schrader Center during our Maple Campfire Cookout.

Maple sugaring season provides an opportunity to add a sweet ingredient to many dishes. We’ll slow bake sweet potatoes in the coals of the campfire, and then enjoy them with a drizzle of maple syrup from the Schrader sugar bush. Crispy bacon and maple-glazed nuts will round-out our delectable menu.

Admission is $8 ($5 OI members) per person. Open to family sand adults of all ages. Pre-registration required.
