Candy Cane Hunt

Craft a holiday bag, then walk along the nature trails around the Schrader Center to see how many candy canes you can find. Certain ones may win you a prize!

After you return, enjoy hot chocolate to warm you up. Adults must accompany their children.

Available 4:30-5pm Wednesday, November 10 & 17 and December 1 & 8.

Admission is $5 per person. All ages welcome. No pre-registration required.

Replace your child’s screen time with green time! Our family nature programs bring families together for quality time learning about nature. So, get outside and explore! Activities ignite children’s interests in science and nature. Children socialize with other kids outside of a traditional classroom setting. They have a lot of fun, too. And parents meet and connect with other parents. Most of all, our programs instill a lifelong appreciation and respect for the natural world.
